Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are refunded minus a 50% cancellation fee.

Star Cancellations

If a star cancels a confirmed booking, the client will receive a full refund.

Declined Requests

If a booking request is declined, payment will not proceed.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take several business days to reflect.
