StarBook Terms and Conditions
By accessing or using StarBook, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Platform Role
StarBook acts as a booking marketplace connecting clients with stars. Starbook is not a party to the agreement between the client and the star and does not guarantee performance beyond payment facilitation.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
3. Bookings
All bookings are requests until confirmed by the star. StarBook reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings that violate platform policies.
4. Payments
Clients are required to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers.
5. Fees
StarBook charges a 10% commission on confirmed and completed bookings. This fee is deducted from the star’s payout.
6. Cancellation
Cancellations are governed by the Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
7. Conduct
Users agree to engage respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, fraud, or misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
StarBook is not liable for damages arising from cancelled events, performance issues, or disputes between users.
9. Changes to Terms
StarBook may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
